Kent County, Delaware Warrant Search

A Kent County warrant search allows members of the public to view open arrest warrants issued by trial court judges. The Delaware State Police's Wanted Persons Check system, a statewide online search tool, allows the public to look up people with active arrest warrants. The system allows name (first and last) searches and displays each subject's warrant number, DUC (Delaware Uniform Case) number, race, birth date, and aliases. It also displays the name of the issuing court and comments about the warrants, such as the reasons for the arrest order.

Since warrants are issued by courts, individuals can approach the custodian of the relevant court to view warrant information. However, it is worth noting that some warrants, especially unexecuted search and arrest warrants, may not be available to the public until they are executed.
